Great Britain Whitworth 70 lb/80 pdr Bolt (p. 213)

A typical Whitworth bolt.  Very few Whitworth rifles of this caliber were in use, in this country.  In the United States the 5-inch Whitworth Rifle is referred to as an 80-pounder and in Great Britain, a 70-pounder.
